Wonderful Dallas Personal Trainer

The best thing about Lady Trainers To Go is that I do not have to leave my home. I came from an environment of a gym where I would actually go and meet my previous trainer. I would meet him and all in it would take about two hours. It would take about thirty minutes to get there, hour to train and thirty minutes to get home. So two hours out of my day was what I was faced with. I have kids and it make it very stressful to actually carve out two hours a day to get to the gym. I either had to have someone here at my house taking care of my children or had to do it after work and again had to make sure that my kids were taken care of and had to deal with traffic.

Now I have gone from that environment to having a female Dallas personal trainer show up at my door five minutes before I have to train I can basically roll out of bed, get dressed, train with “her” and a hour later she is gone and my kids are still in bed. I haven’t had to get extra help making sure that they are taken care of. They are asleep while I train.

Also I was previously training with a male trainer. The great thing is that I have gone from a male to a female Dallas personal trainer. I think the important thing about having a female trainer they are just more familiar with the needs of a female body. So she has been able to concentrate on my areas of need and I see a great difference in the shape of my body and the way that I feel. Mainly it has alleviated the stress in having to coordinate my schedule and get myself to the gym.

Lady Trainers To Go is a brilliant concept and I absolutely would not change now that I have met her and gotten involved in this organization. So I have wonderful things to say about this group and thank God they came up with this idea. It has definitely taken care of my needs. Thanks!

P.S. Check out the video on there Dallas personal trainer website, it’ll tell you all about them.

Aerobic Exercise, For All Ages

We, never mind our age bracket require some form of exercise to keep up a healther and healthier body. It is a established fact that people that attempt to exercise regularly live longer and havemore productive lives and are amongst us will most likely be capable to do, and respond better, to some type of exercise that puts less stress on the body. This exercise in just about all instances will be low impact aerobic exercise.

Once you blend a beneficial low impact exercise plan with a cholesterol lowering diet there's a very good chance that you will see a great improvement in a person's over all wellness. The two things that genuinely have an affect on the over all health is the need in most cases to lower cholesterol and a need for cardiovascular exercise through a good aerobic workouts program.

Total physical fitness can be accomplished through a low impact exercise program which addresses the whole body where possible. Even those with some types of limiting impairments can be involved in some type of low impact exercises.

To have a good low impact exercise program you should exercise (cardiovascularly) at least three days per week. Some advocate five days per week, but if you're not in shape and a little more senior you may want to stay with the three times per week schedule.

NO matter your physical condition, before you start or add to your excercise program, you truly should talk with your doctor. This is of great importance if you are a senior or someone with a disability.
